Salad of black pudding, smoked bacon and shallots topped with a poached egg.
To Follow:
Beef and onion suet pudding with a dark onion gravy.
Chargrilled fillet of beef with a shiraz sauce,shallots,lardons and mushrooms.
Poached fillet of smoked haddock on a bed of new potatoes with a poached egg, leek and mushroom sauce,toasted with gruyere.
To Finish:
A tatin of pineapple with homemade pineapple sorbet.
A selection of sweets and sauces on one plate.
