Crispy belly pork, Gloucester old spot sausage and fried
black pudding served with honey and apple sauce.
Beef and onion suet pudding with a red wine gravy.
To Finish:
Raspberry sorbet with orange salad.

Dark chocolate terrine with rum and raisin ice cream.
